Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods Policy
All game top-ups and digital credits on VAMPETTIC are digital items. Since they are used right after delivery, successful payments are final and non-refundable.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be possible only in these cases:
- Failed Delivery: Payment was confirmed, but credits were not sent to the game server.
- Double Charge: A technical issue charged you more than once for one order.
3. Non-Eligibility Scenarios
We cannot issue refunds for:
- Wrong Player ID, Server, or Zone ID entered by the user.
- Account bans or restrictions by game publishers.
- Changed mind or accidental purchase after delivery.
4. Refund Process
Please submit your claim within 24 hours of payment. If approved, the refund is sent back to the original payment method in 5-10 business days.
